Don’t dig your grave with your own knife and fork. – an English Proverb

Another inspirational quote I like: You must do the thing you think you cannot do. – Eleanor Roosevelt

Now… do your shirts and pants still fit? Are you still confident enough to face those slim and sexy bodies of your friends? If your answer to these questions is no, then maybe it’s better to start your own weight loss program. Here are some simple and effective tips:

1. Eat only what your body needs. Never ever over eat. Always eat small portions.
2. Eat every now and then but with a portion. Eating fewer times can make you crave for more food at the end of the day.
3. Avoid sweet foods, fruits and sodas.
4. Exercise is still the best remedy, but not for all people, but will really help.
5. Take slimming coffee, it can be taken during breakfast. It will help you feel full through the day.
6. The slimming pills is also good and effective. A weight loss pills can more effective if you take it together with the proper exercise and food intake. The best weight loss pills that helped me loose weight is the HokkaidoPills. It’s a slimming pills from Japan. It’s proven safe and effective. This product is widely distributed throughout Asia.
7. Look for other slimming pills alternative if this is not available in your area.

There are so many ways to loose weight but its is not bad to dream to be fit that fast and use slimming pills. For me, it’s still the best weigh loss technique that I can use.
